church needs to step out and be God's hands and feet. Here at OCC, we aim
to raise a new generation of leaders equipped and empowered to bring about
this transformation and hope to the church and the world.
One Church has partnered with Planetshakers College, to found OCC, providing
a platform for the training and equipping of leaders in all areas of ministry
within the local church community. We believe that every individual carries
a unique purpose and God given calling, waiting to be fully realized. Our mission
is to forge leaders who not only recognize their purpose but boldly step into
the prophetic destiny that God has ordained for them.
Our curriculum focuses on imparting biblical knowledge, practical leadership
skills and hands-on ministry training, giving students the necessary tools
to navigate the challenges of modern ministry and service. We are committed
to empowering leaders who will pioneer a new church era—one marked by fresh
vision, faith, and a culture of transformational impact.

Through the introduction of foundational principles for personal and professional leadership, ministry and theology, the students will be equipped to lead in their area of influence, whilst being grounded in a robust Biblical and theological foundation. Each student will be given the opportunity to practice Christian leadership principles in their chosen ministry stream, solidifying theoretical principles with practical experience.

The Graduate Diploma of Arts is an award designed to give students who have completed Bachelor studies in other disciplines other than theology the opportunity to get a grounding in the Bible, theology, leadership and ministry. Through the completion of the Graduate Diploma of Arts, students will continue to be challenged academically, while further refining their leadership and culture shaping skills as they continue to draw close to God through service and encounter.
